I’m proud to present my Drum Kit “Guardians Of The Tape Machine”. Like the name suggests, all drums in this kit have been recorded to a Telefunken M15A reel to reel tape machine from the 1970's for that vintage texture we all love. No Tape emulation here! What you get is a combination of vintage tape machine and analogue tape you won’t find anywhere else, as no two combinations of tape machine and tape sound the same.

I have hand selected and hand crafted each sample, mixed up drums from old and new drum machines with vinyl drums. And I also recorded some real and unusual percussion (like bavarian cow bells!) with Neumann mics and Universal Audio preamps.

Every sample has been processed and molded individually with attention to detail. The focus was on creating drums with that vintage vibe, that makes your tracks come alive and shine!
